Ouch! There's a lesson learnt there; as soon as you hear or feel something strange/different, pull in. Definitely going to require a full tear down and inspection. Hopefully you haven't scored the crank. You're going to need to replace all your bearings, seals and clutch fibres, those metal filings get in everywhere.
