Hmmmk... so I thought I'd give this a try but with St.George still living in the stone age, getting a membership number to allow me to get the MA license before ASBK's Friday 3pm cutoff time is not looking likely. Which brings me to my question:
Can you register with an expired MA license and then present a valid one on the day?

Absolutely yes. It just needs to be current by sign on. You can update the expiry date on the day.
