What did you think of it? Anything grab you?I went mainly to have a sticky at the KTM 1290.Looks totally impractical but mean as.
It was rubbish!! I went to look at the 2014 ZX6.... nothing. 2013 model on display. Ditto a bunch of other bikes that are undergoing changes for next year. No Superduperleggera or whatever the uber-exxy Ducati is, either. I see just the same stuff popping in to Actions or Bikebiz, but without having to pay for the privilege.
Although the St George stand was tops!! It was the standout highlight

All I wanted to do was sit on the 1290 Superduke to see how much leg room it has, but couldn't because it was up on some flimsy stage. Dropping $90 in entry for two and parking, we definitely didn't get our money's worth.

I'll have to play the part of a 'hater' but I gave up on the bike show ages ago. If I want to check out a new bike I just go to a shop instead. Easier, cheaper and don't have to deal with the crowd. In the end of the day, it's kinda weird that you have to pay so they advertise their product to you...
