Smog blanking plates

Hey every one I had a heap of these made up just as a trial. Selling them for pretty much cost.



ASBG Smog Block Off Plates (manufactured in Sydney)

Fits the following bikes:
R1 2003-2012

R6 2003-2012

FZ12003-2008

ZX6RR/6362003-2008

ZX10R2003-2012

ZX14R2004-2008

ALL SETS WILL COME WITH AN AIRBOX CAP/PLUG

Used to seal the ports on the valve cover for the AIS (Air Injection System).

Eliminate the popping noise from aftermarket exhaust and baffle kits!

Most importantly to get an accurate air/fuel mixture reading when tuning the bike.

For installation, all attached reeds and other AIS/smog system pieces need to be removed completely in order for the plates to install properly. PLEASE DON'T FORGET TO REMOVE THE REED SCREWS

I was just joking Tristan, but what's real use of it? How does it gonna make the AF ratio better by changing the plate?

It will reduce back firing and should give you a correct AF ratio when running the bike on a dyno

I'd like some RSV4 ones..... But I threw out the OEM covers when I replaced them last time. I'll pull another one off soon and give it to you to copy. They are a biatch to get to on the Ape.

that's pretty dam cheap.... to bad I bought some a month ago
