    I thought about changing my pre-load once...

    What do you want the bike to do?

    Is it running wide? Feeling wooden?

    I make adjustments based on what the bike is doing or not doing.

    Setups for different tracks are normally a couple of clicks either way from my base setting.

    For example Broadford I up compression because of the braking after the long straights and using the hill as well I don't want the front end to dive through the downstroke.

    All depends on what you want the bike to do.
