Custom made rearsets with race pattern direct shift assembly. These were on the bike when I bought. Strong looking design with carbon heel guard.
You will need to make or buy a bracket/spacer for the shifter. They are not a simple bolt on but if I can do it?
These cost over $600 when new. Nothing wrong with them $300

Alpha racing rearsets with race pattern direct shift assembly. Missing one plastic plug off the footrest. Still will pass scrutineering without the plug as the edges are not sharp. As used by the factory teams.
These are still available new from Alpha racing for approx. $700 plus postage.
The shift assembly alone from Sato cost $260 without the rearsets! Selling for $400
