Someone asked me who can tune a Ducati 1198 in Sydney. Any recommendations?

I can vouch for Shaun and George from DMoto at Clyde.

DMoto are the Duc specialists, particularly mechanical stuff. I don't know about tuning - never had it done there. Another option (if you can pin him down!) is TuneBoy. He dyno tunes very well, and specialises in ECU flashes etc for many Ducatis. But he's very hard to get a hold of, and takes ages. Good work though, when he actually does it

Ronnie from Flywheels Engineering in Tempe was head mechanic for Frasers, before going out on his own several years back. He's very good. Can do dyno tuning too.
