I just need to get some graphic stripes done in a few sizes for a push bike frame. I'll knock something out. What file type is best

It uses Roland Cut Studio, which I thought was free but now appears not to be. So anything that Cut Studio can grab an edge/outline from is fine. PSD is ok, but do the sizing already (so not a vector-based file without proper size data). Resizing and measuring takes ages.
