find the wiring diagram. There should be a two pin plug you can wire up a switch to. It should be the same as the R6 YEC

so connecting to number 90?

I might just pay someone else to do it for me rather than f*ck it up. (not great with electrics)

this was the one I was trying to hunt for.. R1 should be same same.. I just soldered on a simple on/off switch. Didn't even need to cut any wires.

Edit.. this is for R1... which looks like the same one anyway

I've ordered my switch just waiting for it to arrive, how does it work with different gear ratios? do I need to set it up?

I'll send you the formula. In the YEC manual it is written incorrectly. You'll need to enter the rpm for the gearing, tyre size etc into the YMS software when you plug into the ECU.
Piece of cake.....

Quick shifter - the pass light cuts the ignition

you can just use the switchblock and flick the turn signal too on those blue bikes...

Then y all this drama then ?

It TOTALLY doesn't count as a pit limiter unless there's a dedicated, clearly labelled, switch on the handlebars! It's all about the bling with Lawson, so I know this is the important bit ;)

It was for me too! But shhhh, don't tell anyone :D
