How many days notice do you need to move a booked date to another day?

More than 7 days, I'm fairly sure. And I think there's a $25 fee regardless. But you can sell your spot to someone else anytime right up to on the day, I think even without penalty.

Riders may reschedule or cancel their booking (excluding group bookings) provided more than one week (7 days) notice is given prior to the event, and less a $25 processing fee per position booked. Within one week (7 days) prior to an event no refunds or reschedules will be given. However, Sydney Motorsport Park Ride Days will allow a rider to transfer a position to another rider, provided the rider taking the position fits the criteria for the booked riding group, and the day has not started.
