(Also up on RATS)
Some of you may know that I've been doing 3D modelling for around 10 years, so I have decided to put my love of motorcycles/racing (when I can stay on) and my love of fabrication together.
Since my bike is of the track for some time I have decided to make some spare rearsets for my ZX6 which are based on my current Vortex Rearsets.
So I headed into work with a tape measure, steel rule and a set or venires and went to work modelling the parts that I could.
Here is what I was working with. Was pretty hard coming up with all the angles but I think it came out pretty good.

So after a couple of hours this is what I've come up with

http://i944.photobucket.com/albums/ad284/mazaniz/Pic4.jpeg (http://s944.photobucket.com/user/mazaniz/media/Pic4.jpeg.html)
There was fillets all over the thing but to bring the fabrication time down I kept many of the edges 90 deg.
Next step will be to make a copy of the 3 parts on the 3D printer and see if they fit on the bike and all moving parts behave as they should
I'll update this thread with my progress
