Gearing and coolant questions

I’m planning on getting back into racing next year after 2 years away. I just bought a 2006 R1 to enter in Clubsport. Does anyone know what the best gearing is for SMP and Wakefield? Also, is the blue a Liquid Performance ok to use now? Any help appreciated.

I'm not up on R1 gearing, but someone else may be able to contribute. www.gearingcommander.com is a great resource for fine tuning gearing vs RPM tho.
As far as coolant goes, the offending ingredient according to the latest MOMS is Glycol. So, any non-Glycol based coolant should be acceptable.
Personally I do fine with demineralised water. As long as I'm not at Wakey in the dead of winter, freezing isn't really an issue!!

I run 15:45 at WP and EC on my 05 and 09 (same gearbox ratios). I think 44 can be useful at PI.

Shortening the gearing at WP doesn't seem to help a huge amount but im still in the 4's so a ways to go in lap time for me.
