Thumb Brake

Just put new pads on rear caliber, had to bleed thumb brake, have taken off a fitting on the piston of the thumb brake to allow flow put back on now leaks, Its only held on by one small philips crew.
Any ideas ? Cant seem to do up tight enogh to stop leaking !!2294
