Shout out to IMA,

Just thought I'd give a shout out to IMA. At last Fridays PP, I dropped my bike into T9. Not much damage apart from a broken clipon, ( had a fantastic medical check from the lovely new lady medic at SMSP as well [emoji6] )
Back it the pits I was disappointed to see the clip on had snapped on the fork mount, meaning I had to replace the whole clip on instead of just the bar. (Pays to keep spares of everything..)

Sent an email to IMA on sat morning with the pics. I had no receipt as they came on the bike (I did send them one from clipons recently purchase for my wet bike)
They just emailed back to confirm what parts I needed and my delivery address.

Finally some good customer service [emoji41]

Odd that they broke there! But good that they are replacing them. IMA make some really really nice stuff, and I'm sure they were surprised as you at the failure.
