The new race trailer from Fineline Fabrications.

Well after playing Tetris in the back of the ute for way too long, it was time for a race trailer.

After having a good look around, I thought the team at Fineline Fabrications had done some very nice work, so pulled the pin on one of their custom trailer.

Just need to fit-out the inside, with Fraser Fabrications going to help with a few custom parts over Xmas, and it should be good.

not hard mate. Just follow the trailer ... If you wanna reverse straight, follow it, if it goes left, you turn left an vice versa.
But understanding how it hooks, is another thing.

First, got myself a pit bull stand to hold the bike while on the move. Had a little drama with the company sending the wrong pins from America, but you get that!

Then I wanted to mount the spare wheels without taking up to much room.
I had seen a picture where someone had a pair of spindles coming off the wall.

So time to get on the lathe. Started off with a 50mm bar, and got to work!

So were the new rods welded to the frame? Trying to see how I could do this on mine. But my frames only about 30mm square tube. Not sure it would support the weight....

Hi Row.

Without getting out there tonight it's total weight is ether 540kg or 560kg, & I think they said 80kg ish for ball weight.

It tows very nice, even better with the bike in.

Not really many updates, just got myself a ogio 9800 kit bag, added a few eyelets into the frame, and fitted quite well.

Very impressed with the quality of these bags if people are looking for a new bag.

It has; boots, helmet, tyre warmers, skins, extension cable all in roll around bag [emoji1303]

I don't have any steel to weld, but I am taking my trailer to venom trailers at Girraween to get some mods done, though.
I have sent the guy the drawing you done, but I just needed a pic of the actual bracket to send to him. As an addition to strength, I will get him to make it an "H" pattern (instead of the single bracket with pipe) with 45 degree angle brackets at base of pipe for extra strength. ;-)

A few small updates.

My first design spare wheel mount wasn't strong enough "I was told this by Danny from Fraser Race Fab" but thought it would be ok..........but no lol

Danny build me a new pair of spare wheel mounts, that won't snap out of 10mm aluminium plate lol
