So decided I wanted another roadie after taking the gsxr off the road 😳

Other than being really firm in the suspension I'm loving it. Track time to come 😍

:thumb: Sweet ride ben love those retro colours
Have you been following lately? Pretty bikes fall over best to keep gixxer for track time.

Speaking from experience also tracked my roadie with diasterous results.
Which led me here via Marshies fairings.
18months ago pain still lingers.

I haven't done yet. Hoping to get it done soon. (Had a few arguments with the family over my track riding and a trip over seas we have planned next year. They reckon I'm gonna get hurt and kill the trip so barred me from riding. Decided screw that, I'm riding track anyway. )

Plenty support here am sure we've all heard it all before.
Just a safe bet to dyno when doing track only.
Enjoy the feeling only riding can bring.

Fantastic Ben!!! I really love the yellow :cheer: And they go like the fires of hell. Soften up the front - I did and it made a big difference. It's all too hard, preload, comp and rebound. Back them all off a bunch. The rear should be ok as is. They are transformed by getting the forks gold-valved. It's not that much money, and it'll make the world of difference.
I was thinking about you the other day (no, not that way, relax), and wondering how you were going. Long time no see. Hope you're on track again soon!

Yeah should be back soon Marshy. Just want to get the GSXR tuned. Have already backed off the preload heaps (2 turns from all the way out ) on the r1. Back off the comp and rebound too you say ? I backed off the preload on the rear shock a touch too. (I'm down to 77kgs now.) pumped to get back on track.
