Fork cartridge id

I am hoping that someone may be able to id this fork cartridge or at least send me in the right direction.
The bottom cartridge is stock GSXR1000 k3/4 top one is what I removed, I believe the forks are ex Shawn Giles spare bike.

Any help much appreciated.
